What happens if a racer discovers that they cannot race a day or two before race day?

A: The Team Captain is responsible for obtaining a replacement racer. The Captain MUST delete the racer dropping out and add the new racer in the system while it is open (from Friday at 8 am – Saturday at 4 pm). If the Replacement Racer is arranged Saturday evening or on race day, they must find the Race Official at their starting leg and fill out a substitution form on-site. The easiest fix logistically is for one of the racers to cover a second leg.
